BAKERS JUNCTION RAILROAD MUSEUM 20010 YEAR END
REPORT  By Johnny F Baker   Well we survived another year! But
living in  Bloomington IU, The Monroe Co. Commie planing &
zoning dictator ship it is getting much worses!   The commie
planing $ zoning pinheads have past a new county wide Master
plain !  Now there calling it a land use plain so it does not sound
so bad, but a master plain is the right name for it since it makes
the communist planing & zoning pinheads the masters of every
thing in Monroe Co. Indiana !  The new commie master plain takes
away all our property rights & our American freedoms !  A land
owner will have to have the governments permission to even sale
land to his own family ???  The commie p$z pinheads are forcing
business out in the county to close or move in to town & small
farmers are not aloud to sale what they grow except at the
farmers market & thats limited to a few speashell people ???
Under the new communist planing $ zoning dictatorship
Bloomington & Monroe Co. Indiana is becoming a bad place to live
& even worse place to do business.  Unforginitly the commie
planing $zoning pinheads have decided according to county
attorney Dave Shilling,  Bakers Junction Railroad Museum is ( a
determent to Monroe Co. As a whole ) so it is classified as a none
conforming business! Witch means we wont close the railroad
museum & move off our land.  They do ever thing they can to
keep me from saving & fixing up the railroad museum, like this
year the Bloomington new paper the Hearld times would not run
an add I payed for to give charities free tickets to our fund raiser,
The Haunted Train???    I believe Bloomington & Monroe Co. Is
rain by the (BEDC) The Bloomington economics development co.
& if you do not pay them $1000.00 to $5000.00 a year to be a
member then they work against you. The commie planing $
zoning pinheads have bin working to force me to close & get read
of the old trains & train stations 1995.  There was little done last
year since I lost my hip & leg bone its hard for me it do much work
& so much of my income has to go to paying off high interest
debts from fighting off the Bloomingidiots & the Monroe Co.
Commie planing $ zoning pinheads.   Our last kid has moved out
so we have moved in to the box car apartment I built 25 years a
go to rent out, But buy the time I had spent $10.000.00 Turning it
in to an apartment the commie p$z changed the rules so I could
not rent it out ! So it has sat empty for years, but they can not
stop me from living there now ??? It is small but it will save some
money & I have to get the &70.000.00 commie p$z debt payed off,
I have given up on getting a lone at a fair interest rate so all I can
do is spend the next 10 years paying off high interest loans,  but I
am to old now to pay it off & steal save the old Railroad Museum
so The commie planing $ zoning pinheads where right when they
sad they would destroy Bakers Junction Railroad Museum one
way or another!  They could not find a legal  way to do it in court
& planing $zoning meeting after trying for 3 years, but buy forcing
me in to bank ruptcy, it will just rust & rot a way & there is
nothing I can do about it with out some help.   I had hope to raise
part of the $10,000.00 dollars for a new tin roofs we need for the 2
old train stations at our fund raiser THE HAUNTED TRAIN at
Halloween. But we did not raise any money because the Commie
planing & zoning pin heads had the city workers to steal all our
signs for the HAUNTED TRAIN they took down over 50 Haunted
House signs. Since the commie planing & zoning pin head - - - - !
Where unable to legally force us to close the Railroad Museum
because we had the right zoning - P&Z approval & all the right
permits .    But there steal doing ever thing they can to force us to
close & get red of the Railroad Museum.  It is such a shame we
lost a lot more than the $100.000.00 dollars defending out legal
rights to have a railroad museum form the commie P&Z pin
heads.     As for the future plans for Bakers Junction Railroad
Museum I will go no & do the best i can, I can’t get a good lone on
Bakers Junction so I it will take the next 10 years just to pay off
the high 20 & 30% interest loans I now have to pay off for the
work dune & for fighting off the commie P&Z pin heads.     I am a
100% disabled veteran & I just can’t do mush any more.    I do
plan to go on & do what I can to save & fix up the Railroad
museum but it takes all I have to survive in the new commie
planing & zoning dictator ship.    But I will be hear doing the best I
can & friendly people are WELCOME to stop by & look a round.
Monroe Co. Indiana is steal a nice place to live in spite of the
really bad leader ship & I was stupid enough to think that starting
a railroad museum 10 miles out in the country & getting P&Z
approval, the right zoning & permits for every thing would offer
me some protection.   But you can’t protect your self form liars
thieves & communist planing & zoning pin heads,  who are willing
to do any thing to force there will on you & destroy any thing they
do not control.    I just do not under stand why the Blooming IU &
The Monroe Co. Commie P&Z leader ship would waste so much
time & tax money to destroy some old antique trains & 2 century
old train stations.  But I am just a dome  old country boy who just
wanted to spend his life saving & fixing up a railroad museum &
thats is not alluded in Bloomington or Monroe Co. Indiana.

Hi,  I am Johnny F Baker,  I am 57, a 100% disabled Veteran, I have
been working to save Bakers Junction Railroad Museum since 1976,
At Smithville,  10 mills south of Bloomington IN.   I started A Railroad
Museum to save two old Monon train stations.  But thing are going
badly & with out some help the old train stations will not last long.
They have to have new medal roofs that will cost $10.000.00 & do
not have the money & I cant do the work my self, since I lost my hip
& leg to bone cancer.  I am very lucky tho, I have a good VA pinion
to pay the bills & have a nice little apartment in a box car to live in,
But I cant get a good loan?  So I am paying 20 to 30% entrust on the
$70.000 I owe on the railroad museum.  I am trying to got a loan of
$80.000 that would pay off ever thing & pay for the new roofs.  But
banks wont loan money on a railroad Museum or count my VA Pinion
as in come.  So after working to save Bakers Junction Railroad
Museum for 30 Years thing are not looking good.  But I will be hear
working to save the railroad museum until I am dead & gone &
Friendly People are welcome to look around. Johnny & Cheryl Baker
