I am John F Baker I have Bin working to save and sat up the railroad museum in Smithville IN. Since 1976 but I ma an old crippled up veteran and cant walk any more and the Commie Planing & Zoning Pin Heads decided the Railroad Museum was no Benefit to Bloomington or IU the town & college 10 miles a way so they illegally attack us for 3 years in court and P& Z meetings since I had the right zoning & all the right permits they cod not force us to close or get red of the railroad museum but they did force us in to bankrupts we lost ever thing defending our legal rights to live hear and have the railroad museum we now owe more on the railroad museum then ever and I was working so much I got me bone infection going again and lose my hip so I cant walk on my own . Bakers Junction is still hear the two centenary old train stations the trains & cabooses and things but we had to have and auction and sell ever thing we owned to pay for defending our legal rights to be hear after 3 years in court & P&Z meetings the Commie Bloomington planing & zoning pin heads had to give up on forcing us to off our land but the railroad museum was empty all the railroad antique where gone just empty trains & train stations so we live in one and the rest we made in to the hunted train to try to make some money to fix up the railroad museum they need a lot of work and I am unable to do it my self and the over 100.000 we lost fighting off the communist P& Z pin heads was all the money we had to fix up the railroad museum and of coarse the Bloomington leaders new that if they could not legally destroy the railroad museum they would financially destroy us and they did . If you live in Monroe co. IN. You have to be A benefit to down town Bloomington or IU or make payments to the mafia the ( BEDC ) the Bloomington economist development corporation unforgeable I cant afford to pay off any one and if you want to do business in Bloomington you had bedder be paying some one off or the coming planing & zoning will come after you and force you out of business just like they did Bakers Junction Railroad Museum there just lucky I had there kids to think of or defending me legal American rights to live & work on my own land would have went A whole different way & they Would have Gotten what all Commie planing & zoning pin heads deserve . | Hi, I am Johnny F Baker, I am 57, a 100% disabled Veteran, I have been working to save Bakers Junction Railroad Museum since 1976, At Smithville, 10 mills south of Bloomington IN. I started A Railroad Museum to save two old Monon train stations. But thing are going badly & with out some help the old train stations will not last long. They have to have new medal roofs that will cost $10.000.00 & do not have the money & I cant do the work my self, since I lost my hip & leg to bone cancer. I am very lucky tho, I have a good VA pinion to pay the bills & have a nice little apartment in a box car to live in, But I cant get a good loan? So I am paying 20 to 30% entrust on the $70.000 I owe on the railroad museum. I am trying to got a loan of $80.000 that would pay off ever thing & pay for the new roofs. But banks wont loan money on a railroad Museum or count my VA Pinion as in come. So after working to save Bakers Junction Railroad Museum for 30 Years thing are not looking good. But I will be hear working to save the railroad museum until I am dead & gone & Friendly People are welcome to look around. Johnny & Cheryl Baker 7898 Fairfax Rd.
