BAKERsJUNCTION RAILROAD MUSEUM                         I
am John F Baker I am a 10
0% disabled veteran I started Bakers
Junction in 1976 & have been living & working here ever
since with my family .
I need a home or business loan for Bakers Junction Railroad
Museum I can’t get a home loan at a bank because the land
is zoned limited business & the museum only makes
$5000.00 a year when we have our fund raiser the Haunted
Train & a bank won’t count my VA pension as income.
I need a loan of $80.000 at a fair interest rate , right now I
have a home loan of $35.000.00 at 20% interest & I need to
pay off 2 other loans and credit cards I am paying 30%
interest on , a good loan would save me about $50.000.00 in
interest & I could spend my money fixing up Bakers
Junction instead of paying high interest rates .
I would not need any help if we had not been illegally
attacked by the Bloomington commie planing & zoning pin
heads in 1995 , Tim Tilton the head county commissioner
was determent that we would be forced off our land & the
railroad museum would be destroyed & gone .
The commie planing & zoning pin heads had us in court &
planing & zoning meetings for over 3 years they tried ever
thing to force us off our land we where lied to cheated our
permits disappeared out of the court house files but I had
my copies.
Before I started the railroad museum I went to planing &
zoning & got their approval & the right permits for
everything a long the way,  I knew 30 years a go planing &
zoning would go from an organization to protect out
property rights & turn in to the commie dictator ship to take
them away just like it is to day.
I did think that getting the right zoning & permits would
offer some protection from the commie P& Z Pin heads but
it did little, you just cant do enough to protect your self
from liars  thieves & communist who are willing to do any
thing to force their will on others like the Bloomington
leaders do.
Well its all over now we won we proved in court we had the
right zoning and all the right permits but we lost over
$100.000.00 defending our legal American right to live &
work on our own land.
I am a 100% disabled Veteran I survived bone cancer & over
30 operations I do not have a hip or leg on my left side &
can barley walk with a crutches.
I knew I would be crippled up by the time I was 50 so I
worked hard to get Bakers Junction Railroad Museum fixed
up while I still could & things where going so good in 1995
we where out of debt & was getting a home loan to build a
little house out back of the Museum we had a train load of
railroad antiques for the museum & a train station full of
antiques to start an antique shop but after working so hard
for 20 years & just when things where starting to go the
right way we where attacked by Tim Tilton & his commie
P&Z pin
heads.
We lost ever thing & Monroe county lost a railroad
museum we had to take out a first & second mortgage have
an auction & sale every thing we had & in 96 where forced
in to bankruptcy. .
I know I should not have been working so hard because my
leg was mess up from the cancer & if I do much I get a bone
infection & after fighting off the commie P&Z attack my
bone infection did come back & after 3 hip replacement &
15 operations over 4 years my hip & leg is gone & I can
barley walk .
Any way its all over now and I will go on and do the best I
can to fix up & save Bakers Junction Railroad Museum we
still have the two century old train station and 5 antique
train cars & 3 cabooses but they all need to be fixed up &
painted I had hoped to have it fixed up be for I die but with
out some help I just cant do it & I am not asking for charity I
just need  a loan at a fair interest rate & I have a good
income to pay it back if you can help I would appreciate it.
I had hoped to have Bakers Junction Railroad Museum fixed
up be fore I die, But I cant do with out some help, while
Bloomington & Monroe Co. Cant illegally attack us aging !
They did declare Bakers Junction Railroad Museum a
nonconforming business, because I will not close it.
Bloomington is rain by the BEDC, The Bloomington Economic
development corporation, a none voting business pays them
$1000.00 A year,  voting Business owners pay $5000.00 a
year.  After working on the railroad museum for over 30
years planing $ zoning, declared a museum 10 miles out in
the country does not fit in to there New county wide Master
Plain ? So no one in Bloomington or Monroe Co. Can help us
save the railroad Museum?  The news paper the Hearld
Times will not run adds, I payed for to give away Free
Tickets to charity for our first week end to our annual Fund
raiser The Haunted Train in Oct.
I will go on a do the best I can to save the railroad museum
but,  I need some Help to save the venture old train
stations, they have to have new roofs soon !   The new 50
year metal roofs will cost 10 to $15.000 & they have to be
done soon. If you can help i would Appreciate it. Thank
you
