| WHY IS BAKERsJUNCTION RAILROAD MUSEUM ALL RAIN DOWN & IN A MASS THE SHORT STORY YO! I am Johnny F Baker a 100% disabled Veteran I have been working to save & sat up Bakers Junction railroad Museum since 1976! I have had little help to save it! But there has been a lot of people who have worked hard a wasted a lot of time & money to try to force us to close & get rid of the Railroad Museum. I need a lone of $80,000.00 at a fair entrust rate on Bakers Junction Railroad Museum but I can’t find any one willing to help me get a lone. Right now I owe $60,000.00 at 20 & 30% entrust & I am payments are $1600.00 a month so I have little money to work on the railroad museum, I am lucky I am a 100% disabled veteran with a good pinion but banks do not want to lone money to a disabled person & the bank only appraise homes & since my home is train station & a railroad museum in 2 train depots built in the 1800s they wont l give me a lone. A good lone of $70,000.00 at a fair entrust rate or even at 10% would save me about $50,000.00 just in entrust & cut my payments down. The really sad part is I am only in debt to pay off the illegal Bloomington IU communist planing & zoning attack of 1995 for over 3 years the Bloomington commie planing & zoning pinheads illegally attacked us to try to force us to close & get rid of the Railroad Museum . In 1995 Tim Tilton got his new county wide communist planing & zoning master plan past & it called for forcing all business out in the county to close or move in to Bloomington. The commie planing & zoning pinheads wanted Bakers Junction Railroad closed & gone & they illegally had us in court & planing & zoning meetings for 3 years they lied cheated & even stoled the copies of our permits out of the court house fills but I had my copies of course I am not stupid enough to trust them with any thing I keep copies of every thing. In 1995 we were out of debt we had a nice Railroad museum I was starting a new house in the back to live in, But by the time we finely won & beet the Bloomington IU commie planing & zoning pinheads we lost ever thing! We had the right zoning & all the right permits they did not come up with one thing wrong not one legal reason for attacking us or for trying to force us off our land & to close the Railroad museum. We lost more then a $100,000.00 in cash we where forced in to bank ruptcy & where forced to sale ever thing we had! Ever thing in the railroad museum our home & my business. I had to take out a 1 & 2 moorge & I am steal paying off $60,000.00 at 20 & 30% entrust so instead of spending my life fixing up Bakers Junction Railroad Museum I will be paying for defending my legal right to live & work on my own land. Its hard to believe these Bloomington IU commie planing & zoning pinheads who have never don any thing for there country cod illegally attack & destroy a 100% crippled up disabled veteran who served his country in a time of war! With out even one legal reason for it. All I wanted was to spend my life saving & fixing up a Railroad Museum to leave be hind when I am gone & I made sure I had planing & zoning approval be for I stared & all the right permits for everything but now planing & zoning is rain by liars thieves & communist & there only entrusted in there own good & do not care a bout the legal rights of any one ells. We won the 95 commie planing & zoning war but I will be paying for it for the rest of my life, if I do not find some help I will spend the rest of my life paying off high entrust lone right now I am paying $800.00 a month just in entrust . If you know where I can get some help getting a lone of $80,000.00 at a fair entrust rate I would appreciate it thank you. .. .....
