SURVIVING BLOOMINGTON IU COMMUNIST DICTATOR SHIP!
Growing up in Monroe Co. Indiana it was such a good place to live! But that was the good
old days before the communist planing & zoning take over. I am Johnny F Baker I am a
100%  disabled veteran, I was lucky in 1972.  I survived bone cancer! but I lost my hip & leg
bone & I new if I lived, I would be crippled up,  I had over 30 operations but I steal worked a
lot harder than I shod have! but I had to get my hard work dune while I cod steal do it.
I started Bakers Junction Railroad Museum in 1976 to save the clear creek & Ellettsville
Monon train stations from being destroyed they where built in the 1800s I could not find
any one to save them so I decided to save them my self & start a railroad museum.
I figured I would move the train stations a start the railroad museum & if my cancer
came back & I died some one would take over & if I lived ! sating up a railroad museum
would be a good way to spend my life & when I am gone I will leave a railroad museum
behind for all to enjoy.      I found the perfect spot for the railroad museum in the corner of a
big empty filed at 7898 s Fairfax Rd. In Smithville IN. & the land be longed to a farmer (
Richard & Barb Bartlett ) they had ben my neighbors my who life.         So I found the land
for the railroad museum so I sold the 3 houses I had bout with the money I saved up in the
Navy & went to work on sating up the railroad museum the first thing was to get planing &
zoning approval.      I am an American & I believe in freedom so I have always heated &
distrusted planing & zoning, so from the very first I made sure I got all the right zoning &
permits for every thing.         Getting the land rezoned all the right permits & planing &
zoning approval for the railroad museum ended up taking 4 mounts & costing over $5000.00
dollars!.  So I was broke be for I even started working on the land or moving the train
stations.    But I would not have started the Museum with out being 100% legal !  If I died I
did not want to leave a mass for some one else or if I lived I wanted to make sure when I
was old some little commie p&z pin head cod not come in and destroy my lives work.
I was stupid enough to think being legal & having all the right permits & planing & zoning
approval would protected  Bakers Junction Railroad Museum form the commie planing &
zoning that was sat up to protected  our property rights,           When it turn in to the
communist p&z dictator ship to take away our property rights, like I new it would & just like
it has dune.   Bakers Junction Railroad Museum started in 1976 when I bout the train
stations & I moved them to Smithville. By the time I got them moved in,  I was not only
broke I was in det since it cost more for the P&Z paper work than it did to move & save
them.    Over the next 20 years I got married had 3 kid & worked very hard & I am amazed
at how much I got dune. In 1995 things where going so good I had bout & moved in and sat
up two train stations 3 cabooses 4 box cars a flat car a water tower & a lot more & it was all
sat up.  Things where looking good I was all most out of det, I had a train full of railroad
antique for the railroad museum & a train station full off other antiques to start an antique
shop when I cod not work any more.                    I was getting a home lone to build a little
house in the back to live in so I cod move out of the train station we live in, then I was
going to open a antique shop in one train station & a railroad museum in the rest.       But
just when things where going good tragedy struck!  A little 16x30 ft. antique house was
donated to the railroad museum.    I cod not be live my luck it was just a 1000 foot up the
road & it was such a good little house it had cedar siding & was in perfect shape.  The little
house would fit in between the water tower & cabooses & I was going to sat up a modal
train tracks in it.      But be for I toke the little house I went to P&Z to get there permission to
add it to he railroad museum, it took a week & a lot of paper work but I got the right permits
So I jacked the house up & started to move it.      But a cop showed up with a court order to
stop us from saving the little house because our new nasty neighbors ED & Bev Deckerd
who wanted the railroad closed! They some how got the county attorney Dave Shilling to
attack us.       In 1995 Tim Tilton got his new commie P&Z master plan past, it finished the
communist take over of Monroe Co.  & toke a way all personal property rights & turned p&Z
in to the communist dictator ship it is to day.       Tim Tiltons new commie P&Z plan called
for forcing all business in the county to close & move in to the city, where they would be
under there direct control & for some unknowing reason he was determined to destroy &
get red of Bakers Junction Railroad Museum.    We went to court in front of judge who sad
we had the right zoning & the right permits for every thing a cod not figure out why P&Z
had us in court, the judge ruled we cod move & save the little house.        But that did not
stop  the commie P&Z pinheads ! for the next 3 years they drug us in to court & P&Z
meetings trying to find some legal way to force us to close & get red of the railroad
museum but I had all the right zoning & permits for every thing.       After I bet p&z in court !
I mad the baggiest mistake of my life, I sat up a meeting with the head of P&Z Kelvin But
head & Dave Shilling the county attorn.        I though it would be best to work it out with
them since I had all ready proving in court we had the right zoning & permits & we where
grained fathered in any way.         So at the meeting I told them I was not going to close or
get red of Bakers Junction Railroad Museum, but I did not want to make them look bad I
just wanted to work it out .     They said that I cod keep the railroad museum & all I had to
do was get a pud a ( planed unit development ) that it would not cost to much or take to
long & they would help me get it all dune & then every thing would be fine.
But of course I all ready had dun all this 20 years a go be for I started the railroad
museum! but I sad if up dating it will make P&Z & every one happy & make our new
neighbors the Deckerds leave us a lone then I will do it.    Believing Dave Shilling & P&Z
was a big stupid mistake every thing they told me was a lie, I had all ready won & all I had
to do was just walk a way but no dumb ass me I had it try to work it out with them.     It did
not take long to realize I was dealing with lairs thieves & communist who where willing to
do anything to force there will on every one ells, & it was to late to get out of it now I had to
see it though or they would destroy Bakers Junction Railroad Museum.
At a meeting with P&Z  Dave Shilling sad one way or anther me & family was going to leave
our land & the railroad museum was going to be gone & I looked hem in the eye & sad it
would be over my dead body.          After 3 years of court & planing & zoning they had to
give up they steal cod not find one legal reason for messing with us we had all the right
zoning & permits for ever thing.            But they tried ever thing to close the railroad
museum they lied cheated & even stolid our permits out of the court house filles but of
course I had my coppices.           They did get judge Welch to change his mind & order the
little house destroyed & they did force us in to bank ruptcy & we lost every thing we had.
We lost a lot more than the  $100,000.00 dollars, we had a auction & had to sale ever thing
we had in clouding $20,000.00 worth of railroad museum antiques.   So no one wins & every
one loses the commie P&Z pinheads wasted over $50,000.00 tax dollars to illegal close a
railroad museum & destroy a fine little antique house.  The harm they dune me & my family
is more than you can imagine I shod have killed them for what they dune & I would have
too , if I did not have 3 little girls to thank of.         If the commie P&Z pinhead had knowing
how close I was to losing every thing they would not have giving up , I had sold ever thing
we had my stone business! I cashed in my life insurance! I had two moorages on Bakers
Junction & I was 3 payments be hind, if the bank had for closed I guarantee you there wood
have ben blood shed.       Its hard to believe how stupid the Deckerds & the P&Z pinheads
where how cod they think they cod force me & my family off our land & destroy ever thing
I had worked so hard on for 20 years to save & I would just walk a way, not bloody likely.
Well I am steal hear but I am to crippled up to do much & the commie P&Z pin heads will
win,  I am in det at 20 & 30% intrust & cant get a good lone so with out help Bakers Junction
Railroad Museum we be gone sooner or later.  America the land of the free what a joke that
is.                                                 Johnny F Baker
