| 2/10/10 Daily log , Bakers Junction Railroad Museum My pain woke me up at 5 like usual I cant lay in bed I have to get up & move around. But I do enjoy seeing the sun rise ever day, Its the most beautiful part of the day. After living in this 120 year old train station since 1976 I am finely moving out soon, I had planned to bulled a little house in the back to live in but after the illegal Bloomington & Monroe Co. Commie planing $ zoning attack of 1995 that wiped us out, building a home will not be passable ! Our last kid is moving out so we are moving in to a box car that sates on the train track be hind the two old train stations that makes up Bakers Junction Railroad Museum. About 20 years a go I turned the box car in to an apartment to rent out but by the time I finished it the commie planing $ zoning pinheads changed the rules so I could not rent it out so I had just wasted $10.000.00 & two years working on it. But now I am redoing it for me & Cheryl to live in. It has bin hard for me to work on it tho since I cant walk with out a crutch, now it takes me all day to get 2 hours work done & alt of pain pills, but its coming a long. Coming up with the Money is the hard part , since I steal owe $70.000.00 at 21 & 30% interest from fighting off the commie p$z pinheads. Most of my income goes to pay my high interest lone. I have given up on getting a $70.000.00 lone at a fear interest rate that would cut my payments & save my $50.000.00 in interest. My mom who has money & property could have cosigned a lone that would not have cost her anything turned me down ! She sad she dos not believe in helping her kids ? I have never used my VA home lone but there like the banks they wont lone money on a place like Bakers Junction Railroad Museum. Well any way I have bin hear since 1976 making high interest payment Os I am use to it. I try not to thing a bout how good thing where going be fore the commie p$z attack we had the place payed off where buildings a house to live in but they wiped us out , if I had not had 3 little kids I would have killed them for what they did & there is steal times win I wish I had. Working on th Box car apartment is hard a painful , but it all most done, we will move in to it in a few mounts. Not having to spend another cold winter in this old train station will be worth down sizing to fit in to the little box car apartment & it will save my a lit of money too. Well there is little in the news paper to day ? The Monroe Co. IN. Commie planing $ zoning pinheads are a bout to pass there new county wide communists p$z Master plain that will take a way all property rights & American freedom & turn Bloomington & Monroe Co. IN. In to commie planing $ zoning dictatorship ?? The way i see it the paper is a part of the Bloomington business Mafia so there not going to print much a bout the commie p$z take over. Its a shame Bloomington & Monroe Co. Would be a grate place to live if not for the commie p&z pinheads taking away our property rights & our American freedom. There is a pert of me that will all ways regret not killing a room full of them when they illegally attacked & destroyed me & my family all to force me to close Bakers Junction Rail road Museum. | Log 2/18/10 1 AM John Baker - Well I cant sleep my arm is sore from working on the box car apartment I am remodeling to live in. I hooked up the wood stove to day after putting in a new chimney pipe its not finished, I will put in a new pipe when I have the money. Nova our youngest moved out to day so its just me & Cheryl now so by next winter we will move in to the box car & out of this old cold train station, its small but it will save me money & be a lot easier to head & cool. Its hard & dangerous working & claiming a ladder when I cant walk with out a crouch ! But it has to be done & I am glad I can do it even tho it takes me all day to get a hours work done. | 2/23/2009 Day log Johnny F Baker , Bakers Junction Well up at 6 am to day my arm & shoulder woke me up with pains. But I sleep OK whin I finally got to sleep , but I did not take any pain pills, I was raised working hard we had a farm & we built things, homes barns & we did a lot of stone work. Then I went in to the Navy, so getting up early is just programed in to my brain, but I do not mind its quite & I like to see the sun come up, but not getting enough sleep is hard on my. But I did not think I would live this long any way but I will take all I can get. Well I have ben busy working on the box car apartment we will move in to, of course being crippled up & having to walk with a couch it takes me all 4 or 5 hours to get 1 hours work done & 2 or 3 pain pills, but I am just glad I can steal do it at all. I plan on living in this boxcar for the rest of my life so I want it to be a good place to live, nothing fancy its very small ,simple & cheep, but worm & conferring to live in. I had hoped to build a little house out back , but after the Bloomington & Monroe Co. Commie planing $ zoning ilegealy attack & wiped us out it will take me the rest of my life just to pay off the high intrust Loans & debts. It does not seam like I am living in America ? After being ilegealy attacked & seeing my family destroyed being financially wiped out all with out one legal reson for it. There was a little story in the paper yesterday about the new comme planing & zoning take over, there new county wide master plan will take a way all property rights, Monroe co. Indiana will have a communist planing $ zoning dictatorships we the people will have no property rights at all. It all most came to blood shad when they tried to force me off my land & they only gave up because they new I would die be for I left Bakers Junction & they did not have a legal reson to attack us, but they wiped us out financially so in the long run they will win as these century old trains & train stations will rust & rot a way. I have all ways hoped thing would get better but with the new county wide planing & zoning property use plan there now passing , thing are about to get a lot worse. | Bakers Junction Railroad Museum Log 4/15/2010 Well I have Ben working hard ? At lest as much as a crippled up old veteran walking with a crouch can, it takes a lot of pain pills to keep going tho. But after this year I will slow down & do vary little, I will have to start paying off my high entrust loans, since I cant get a good lone & this 20 & 30% entrust is killing me. I have bin working no the new place to live, we will move in to the end box car , that I made in to an apartment 20 years a go ! But after I had spent $10.000.00 fixing it up for a rental, the commie planing $ zoning pinheads changed the rules so could not rent it out ! But now that the kids are out, we can live there. Now I can use the old train station for a antique shop, like I would have back in 95 if the commie planing & zoning pinheads had not illegally attacked us & forced us in to bank ruptcy, but now we are getting back on track ??? But losing over $100.000.00 fighting off the commie p$z & I steal owe $70.000.00 of that, the commie planing $ zoning make life hard. Well yesterday my daughter Nova Ray 18 & 2 of her friends worked for me & we did our spring clean up ! So Bakers Junction looks good. But this is going to be my busiest & hardest year I have left to do, I will finish remodeling the box car apartment & move in to it, it is little but it will be cheep & comfortable. Then I will remodel the old train station in to a museum & antique shop. Then I have to get ready for the haunted train in Oct. This will be a Bessy year. I get little sleep I am working way to much so I have to much pain to sleep & the pain pills the VA gives me keeps me awake ! But I cant stop working until ? Well I am a worker & I will keep working on Bakers Junction Railroad Museum until it kills me & I love doing it. Hope to see you at the haunted train in Oct. We no longer have any property rights ! What we do have is a communist planing $ zoning dictatorship & as bad as thing are now there going to get a lot worse. Its no wander so meany people are moving over the county lines to escape the commie p$z teariny & thats just what they want to get red of the working people who want to own there own land & keep Bloomington & Monroe Counties land for the rich & greedy & for IU of cores. I was kicked off the Bloomington Paper the Herald times so I can’t reply to any online stores or news letters, thats why I started my own no line paper, the paper is like ever thing ells in Bloomington & Monroe Co. Indiana, its all stickily controlled by the powers that be & if you disagree with them & are not paying off the Bloomington business mafia the (BEDC) Then they will get red of you, I am surprised the paper let me say so much aginst the commie planing $ zoning take over be for they bared me from the paper ! | UPDATE LOG - Bakers Junction 9/6/2010 - Johnny F Baker ! Well we have moved out of the old train station where we lived since 1976. Unforginitly we did not move in to the new home I started in 1995, we where unable to finish it, do to the illegal ! Bloomington - Monroe Co. Commie planing $ zoning attack of 95/96/97 ??? I steal owe $70.000.00 at 20 & 30% interest, from defending my illegal American right to live & work on my own land. The commie p$z illegal tried to force us off our land so they could close & get red of Bakers Junction Railroad Museum ??? We had all the right zoning & permits so they had to give up! But they did force us in to bank ruptcy ? So we will be paying for it all our lives. So in stead of moving in to a little house in the back of Bakers Junction we moved in to a box car apartment, that I turned in to an apartment 25 years a go, but after spending $10.000.00 on it to rent out, the commie p&z changed the rules so I could not rent it out, so not since I cant afford a new home & my 3 kids are out, we have moved in the box car apartment to live, it will save me money & now we can turn the old train station in to a railroad museum. Our box car apartment is little only 9 x 40 foot, but it will do! I am a 100% disabled Vet & I just cant do much, I do to much ever day, but I have to take to many pain pills to work & it takes me all day to do two hours work. But I have to get my p$z debts payed off, I can never get the Railroad back to what it was be for the commie p$z attack but I will go on & do the best I can. The Haunted Train will be opening in 3 weeks & I have a lot more to do than I can get dune, but the old train stations need a new tin roofs that will cost $10.000.00 & I do not have it, my Navy pinion Barely covers the bills, so the Haunted train is the only way to pay for the new roofs. We get little help! Since the Bloomington - Monroe Co. Commie pinheads steal want the railroad closed, some years they steel our haunted train signs, some years they do not, they think ever thing has to be down town, they shod have told me that be for I spent the last 34 years saving & sating up Bakers Junction Railroad Museum ??? Any way we are so tired of it all, I just want to be left alone to work on my own land ! But that is not allowed under the new Bloomington & Monroe Co.
