| NEW ALBANY — A startup company has announced plans for a development and production facility making small-scale wind turbines in southern Indiana. WindStream Technologies Inc. said today that its operations in New Albany could have more than 260 workers by 2012. The company is now based in California and plans to begin hiring as facility and equipment upgrades are made at the site in the Purdue Research Park of Southeast Indiana. WindStream says its TurboMills are designed to capture wind energy in urban areas. The devices are intended as a low-cost way to supplement a customer’s electricity needs. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered WindStream up to $1.5 million in performance-based tax credits for the project. | THE LAND OF THE FREE ! DOES NOT EXIST ! It called the American dream for a reson? But we are lucky we do live in one of the best counters in the world & we do have more Freedom than most ? But the freedom we have is not free? It was payed for with hard work & the blood & sacrifice of a lot of good people. Our Freedom is something we have to fight for ever day? or we will lose it? Right now our American Freedom & our property rights are being Plained $ zoned away ? This country was made the grate country that it is, because of Freedom & property rights, to let this communist planing $ zoning pinheads take it a way now is an insult to ever American that has died to keep us free. | WAY TO GO! A NEW CITY PARK FROM THE OLD NASTY SWITCH YARD! Its good to see the city going ahead with this park! To miss this opportunity would be the biggest mistake the town ever make. No madder what the cost or the problems it is the right thing to do. Way to go!!! But stop calling it the CSX yard it’s the old Monon RXR yard with a very historic past. One of Indiana first & biggest railroads & the Monon RXR made Bloomington what it is to day. Its to bad this did not happen in 1976 when I was trying to save the old Monon rxr train stations, but back then I was the only one that wanted to save them. Bloomington is not a good place to live? Under the new county wide commie p$z master plain there will be no privet property rights ! All property will be under the control of the commie planing $ zoning dictatorship. The commie p$z pinheads have seized power & taken away all property rights & will dictate what your land will be used for ! The property owner will no longer have any control over there own land. The commie p$z dictators will tell you what your land will be used for & who can use it, they will tell you if you can sale it & who can by it & how much land you have to sale or buy. They will tell you witch land you can live on & witch land you can not live on, some land will be designated as residential so you can live on it under stick rules! Of cores they will tell you who can live there & how you have to be related & how many can live there ! They will tell you haw big your house has to be & what it is mad out of. Some land will be farm land so you can only sale it to a farmer , forest reserve land will be all most worthless since there will be strict limits on what you can do with it, who can live there so you will be very limited to who you can sale it to. All I wanted was to buy some land raise my family & spend my life sating up a railroad museum & mind my own business. Be for I started I went to planing & zoning in 1976 & spent 4 mounts & over $5000.00 to get there approval to sat up Bakers Junction ! Because I new planing $ zoning would turn to the communist dictator ship just like it is doing. I have survived bone cancer & over 30 operation & I am in pain ever day, me & my family worked & sacrificed for over 20 years to save & sat up Bakers Junction Railroad Museum.
