| NEW ALBANY — A startup company has announced plans for a development and production facility making small-scale wind turbines in southern Indiana. wind stream Technologies Inc. Said today that its operations in New Albany could have more than 260 workers by 2012. The company is now based in California and plans to begin hiring as facility and equipment upgrades are made at the site in the Purdue Research Park of Southeast Indiana. wind stream says its TurboMills are designed to capture wind energy in urban areas. The devices are intended as a low-cost way to supplement a customer’s electricity needs. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. Under the new county wide commie p$z master plain there will be no privet property rights ! All property will be under the control of the commie planing $ zoning dictatorship. The commie p$z pinheads have seized power & taken away all property rights & will dictate what your land will be used for ! The property owner will no longer have any control over there own land. The commie p$z dictators will tell you what your land will be used for & who can use it, they will tell you if you can sale it & who can by it & how much land you have to sale or buy. They will tell you witch land you can live on & witch land you can not live on, some land will be designated as residential so you can live on it under stick rules! Of cores they will tell you who can live there & how you have to be related & how many can live there ! They will tell you haw big your house has to be & what it is mad out of. Some land will be farm land so you can only sale it to a farmer , forest reserve land will be all most worthless since there will be strict limits on what you can do with it, who can live there so you will be very limited to who you can sale it to. | Thoughts of peace YOU ANT FORM AROUND HEAR ARE YA ! All I wanted was to come back home buy some land raise my family & mind my own business & live in peace ! But this is Bloomington & Monroe Co. & thats is just not aloud any more! Now the commie planing $ zoning pinheads control all land & they tell you where you can live , who you can live with & what you can do on your own land ! The rules change with ever new bunch of new commie pinheads & thinks just keep getting worse ! So you cant make any long term plains. Yes living in peace & love & minding your own business & having respect for your neighbors ! That all sounds good but it not aloud in Bloomington or Monroe Co. IN. Hear you do what you are told when they tale you & you give it all up & walk away with nothing ! | Old house, contemporary lifestyle! YOUR LUCKY ! This looks just like the little two room house I moved to Bakers Junction Railroad Museum! After I went to planing $ zoning & got all the right permits for it ! But then because the old neighbors ED & Bev Decker did not like it they some how got the commie p$z pinhead attorney Dave Shilling to take us to court in front of Judge Welch ! But Judge Welch sad we had the illegal right keep the little house, but two years later he reversed his order & sad the little antique house had to be destroyed. Since the commie p$z had all ready forced us in to bank ruptcy ! Fighting for our right to keep the railroad museum open ! We had to let it all go to hell & just try to survive the illegal commie p$z attack. Now years latter we are steal paying for it. The century old train station will not last long with out some help. | ..THE.4.OF.JULY.OUR.INDEPENDENCE.DAY????? Living in the communist planing $ zoning controlled Bloomington & Monroe Co. Indiana ! There is little to celebrate ! I am Johnny F Baker a 100% disabled Veteran, I Growing up in Smithville IN. It was a grate place to live, we had property rights & freedom ! But over the last 30 years the communist have changed there name to planing & zoning & have infatuated USA & with the propaganda there famous for they have brain washed the people in to thinking that having a commie planing $ zoning dictatorship ! With no property rights at all is better than living in a free country with personal property rights & freedom ??? Bakers Junction Railroad Museum in Smithville IN. Is a perfect example of whats wrong with giving all the power to the few. I started the Railroad Museum in 1976 to save two of the 80 Monon Railroad train stations that where built in the 1800, most are long gone. I am a disabled vet & a cancer survivor, I did not expect to live this long! But I though saving & sating up a Railroad Museum would be a good way to spend my life & if I died some would take over. I saved all my money from the time I was in the Navy & I soled ever thing I had to sat up the railroad museum! Before I started I went to planing $ zoning & got there approval & I got all the right zoning & every legal permit a long the way. It took 4 mounts & $5000 dollars to get there approval, but I would not have started with out it! I was young & stupid, I though getting all the zoning & permits would protect Bakers Junction Railroad Museum when planing $ zoning turned in to the commie p$z dictatorship I new it become. But in 1995 under the Tim Tilton administration things got bad ! The commie planing $ zoning pinheads started there attack on Bakers Junction Railroad Museum, they decided ever thing out in the county had to move in to Bloomington to be under there control for there benefit. But it had taken me 20 years of hard dangers work to move in & sat up two train stations 3 cabooses 4 train cars & a lot more, all with little help & Working way to hard has wore my body out so I cant walk any more. The commie planing $ zoning pinheads attacked us for over 3 years & never came up with one illegal reason for it, but they wiped us out financially, I am steal paying off $70.000.00 of the over $100.000.00 we lost fighting for our American right & freedom to live & work on our own land ??? I love my country ! But I hate the Bloomington Monroe County commie planing $ zoning dictatorship! After what they have done to me & my family celebrating our independents & freedom has little meaning for us. I will go no & do the best I can to save & sat up the railroad museum, but we are in big trouble, the roofs of the old train stations ate in bad need of a new tin roof & I cant come up with the $10.000.00 for it.
