The STORY IN QUESTION !  Neighbor suspected of home business
operation !

Neighbor suspected of home business operation
A labor and delivery operation on my street
QUESTION: I live in a Bloomington neighborhood and I’m wondering
if the man across the street is running a business in his home.
There are UPS, FedEx and other delivery trucks that come and go
every day. He also buys bags and bags of items and runs into his
house so no one will see. Sometimes he does this at night. There
are almost always large boxes on the porch in the middle of the day.
I am worried about what he is doing. Do I call the police? Whom do I
call?
HTO story comments ANSWER: Home-based businesses in the
Bloomington city limits require zoning review by the city planning
department. Director Tom Micuda explained that “activities such as
drafting, drawing, typing, writing, operating phones or computer
work” are exempt from zoning review. However, Micuda cautioned
that activities that involve “employees or customers visiting the
property, the display of any business signs, or deliveries that are
not typically associated with residential uses” require zoning review
as well as public hearing approval through a conditional use
process.
Any homeowner who is concerned about activities that could be
consistent with the operation of a prohibited home business — and
the deliveries you describe certainly seem atypical for a residence
— can call city planning to report the problem, 349-3423.

destroy our lives & wipe out 20 years work, saving & sating up
Bakers Junction Railroad Museum! All with out one legal reason for
it! Now ! She is going & I will be paying for it for the rest of my life. I

The News Paper the  Herald Times ! Sad this is the comment they
kicked me off the paper for ??? But I do not think so.  I think they
have bin wanting to bar me form replying to the stores in the paper
for a long time.  Because I have fought against the communist
planing & zoning take over of Bloomington & Monroe Co. IN.  The
commie p$z pinheads have bin trying to force me to close Bakers
Junction Railroad Museum since 1995!  But I have bin hear since
1976.  But now the Railroad Museum does not fit in to there new
county Master  plain.   I belive the News Paper is like ever thing in
Bloomington & Monroe Co. It is rain by the business Mafia called the
BEDC (The Bloomington Economics development Corporation) & IF
YOU DO NOT PAY THEM $1000.00 to $5000.00 a year. They will
work against you.  The paper is a member & Bakers Junction
Railroad Museum is not ??? We have bin illegally attack to force me
to close the railroad museum ???  I believe the paper baring my
comments is just a part of there attempt to work against the
Railroad Museum.  I think the paper is just another tool the
Bloomington Mafia uses against any one who is not under there
control & that does not make there pay offs.   Its my onion the
paper is all ways biased & it shows.  So I will just run my own online
paper ! Where one any can put in a free add & an unbiased opinion.

Well I under stand ! We can no longer have any freedom of the
press & we can,t even tell the truth about what is going on???  In
the new commie planing $ zoning dictatorship.  I no the paper is
controlled by the Bloomington business mafia (BEDC) so I am
surprised they have not told the news paper to put a stop to me
telling the truth a bout things be for ! I do not want to support a
paper that is limited to such a strict censorship !  SO I will work on
my own free on line paper . Thank you Johnny F Baker -
