Maybe now they will go back to taking care of government business & stop illegally attacking small business out in the county like when they tried for 3 years with out one legal reason to force me a 100% crippled up veteran & his family off there land & force me to close Bakers Junction Railroad Museum. If the county needs money don’t cut government serves & the pensions & pay of the hard working people we need! you cut the fat & stupid & unnecessary. This is America its high time we start acting like it! Start by getting red of the communist planing & zoning pinheads & all the county attorneys. They have made so meany stupid & unnecessary laws they had to hire more attorneys just to keep up with them. Its high time we got rid of the stupid & waste & the old fogeys who voted it in. | Why shod I support in town local business when there aginst me? The Bloomington & Monroe Co. Commie planing &zoning pinheads have tried to force business out in the county to either close or move in to town? So they will be under there control & be a financial benefit to them. We have a right to live & work on our own land if we want to. NO CHAIN STORES DOWN TOWN ? No Railroad Museums out in the country & lots of restrictions on ever business & property owner in between. I will just do my shopping on line. & have it delivered to my door. I can see why the commie p&z pinheads want to turn Bloomington in to an over crowed apartment project & force people to live there? | WAY TO GO! A NEW CITY PARK FROM THE OLD NASTY SWITCH YARD! Its good to see the city going ahead with this park! To miss this opportunity would be the biggest mistake the town ever make. No madder what the cost or the problems it is the right thing to do. Way to go!!! But stop calling it the CSX yard it’s the old Monon RXR yard with a very historic past. One of Indiana first & biggest railroads & the Monon RXR made Bloomington what it is to day. Its to bad this did not happen in 1976 when I was trying to save the old Monon rxr train stations, but back then I was the only one that wanted to save them. Bloomington is not a good place to live? With our leaders spending more time trying to stop 69, trying to sat up commie down town to keep out new business, the Monroe Co. commie P&Z taking away all property rights to make sure the property owners do not make any money on there own land? Its probably not so bad for the young or the new people ? But for the old people like me who grew up hear, back when we steal lived in a free country ! Be for the communist planing $ zoning bustards, sized power & took over, Its bad. I agree we need some planing & zoning ! But what we got, is a totaled communist planing $ zoning dictatorship ! We have no property rights at all, Farmers can no longer sale there goods, on an open & free market, only a few spacial people can sale in the over clouded , no parking, down town farmers market ! At least now small towns like Smithville have started there own farmers markets. Thank God we have the Internet & the Bloomingidiots have little control over it, or other wise Bloomington & Monroe Co. Would be like living be hind the Berlin Wall. I believe Bloomington & Monroe Co. Is rain by the Bloomington business Mafia, the BEDC, There the powers that bee & they have a strong , if not a total control over all business. If you are not paying the BEDC, $1000 to $5000.00 a year, you had best watch out. Its hard to be live the people who do not own the land have more control over it, than the people who do own the land ??? I would not ever say thing cant get any worse, with the bad leader ship we have & the commie planing $ zoning working full time against the people like they do I am sure it will & we are stupid enough to let them get by with it.
