But it*s a land grab, after this county wide commie P$Z update? The property owner will have no property rights at all & we will have a total Communionist planing $ zoning dictatorship! Planing $ zoning is just a way for the rich & greedy to control land they do not own for there own benefit. Plaining $ Zoning is ran by liars thieves & communist & they will do any thing to force their will on us all, To get control & take away all out property rights for their benefit . Either speak up now or lose you property rights & American freedom for ever. If we do not control our own property we have no freedom. They say its to control urban sprawl ? P$Z is responsible for spreading urban sprawl further & faster than ever ! People are going over the county line & building homes to get a way form the commie p$z pinheads, So Monroe Co. Is losing tax Money & poverty is going up & tax revenues are going down, But their pay has gone up. The new commie p$z plain calls for protecting vulnerable property like karst areas and steep slopes near Lake Monroe and Griffy Lake ? The P$Z pinheads increased the slopes from 12 to 18 % & they allow above ground sceptics so people can build in the water shed, & In some cases there sceptic systems over lap on to the lake property so close that high lake water mixes with there above ground sceptics. The commie p$z pinheads have done more harm to our lakes & water shed than would ever happened with out any planing & zoning. The commie p$z want to force home development close to infrastructure roads, sewer service and schools & in subdivision approved by them & belonging to there friends. The new county wide plan will stop farmers from letting their own kids building a home on there own farm land, & if they say your land is forest reserve you can*t hardly do any thing with your land. | Growing up in Bloomington & Monroe Co. Indian it was a grate place to live we had property rights & freedom !
