Indiana Bakers Junction Railroad Museum in Smithville Indiana and remains open in spite of Bloomington IUs commie planing $ zoning dictators best efforts to close & get red of the railroad museum & force the 100% disabled veteran & his family of there land. The communist Planing &Zoning pinheads started there illegal attack in 1995 to force Bakers Junction Railroad Museum to close & move out of Monroe Co. The commie P&Z master plan of 95 took a way all property rights & turned Bloomington & Monroe Co. In to a communist P&Z dick tater ship that it is to day & the first think they did was to force small business out in the county to close or move in to the city where they would be under the control of the Bloomington business mafia the ( BEDC ) You pay them between $1000.00 to $5000.00 a year or ells! But I cant a ford to pay them off so when they came on to my land, Bakers Junction Railroad Museum & they told me they where taking over & that I know longer had any property rights & I know longer had the right to have a railroad museum or live on my land & that they where taking a way every permit I had ever got since I started the museum in 1976 & that the Railroad Museum would have to be removed & that I was going to leave my land one way or another . Well I told them to go to hell & the only way they where going to get red of me & destroy Bakers Junction Railroad Museum would be over my dead body. So for 3 years with out any right or legal reason the commie P&Z pin heads drug us in to court & P&Z meetings to force us to close & remove the Railroad Museum, they lied cheated & even stolid our permits out of the court house files but we proved we had the right zoning & permits I even got P&Z approval be for I started the Museum so they had to give up there illegal attack. We won ! we defined our legal Americium right to keep the Railroad Museum & live & work on our own land but we lost ever thing ! we went from owing nothing to being deeply in high intrust det , I cant get a good lone at a fair intrust rate. We where forced in to bank ruptcy & we had an auction an sold ever thing we had including over $20,000.00 dollars worth of railroad antiques from the museum things that I had ben collecting for the museum for 40 years thanks that can never be replaced . I had to shut down my stone business and sale it, I ended up working so much my bone infection came back & after 15 hip operation I lost my hip & leg bone & now I can barley walk . We had to take out a first & secant marge at 21% intrust & we owe another $30,000.00 at 30% intrust so the commie P&Z pin heads did stop us from restoring the two over 100 year old train stations so in the end they will have destroyed the railroad museum. I am to crippled up to do much and I will be paying for defending our legal rights to save the railroad museum for the rest of my life, So know one wines & every one loses me & my family will suffer more than any one will ever know for the rest of our lives , Bloomington & Monroe Co. | American Dream’ undergoing transition. The American dream is along side our American Freedoms & they are lock away & wetting to be executed ! Johnny is a peactimes vet and is trying to ride that into special treatment for his junkyard. a woman with his wife's name was on Buddy bill's bad cheeck sign for a year. They do not care about other people's rights and businesesses. Had he gotten the proper zoning before he moved all of that junk onto his property he wouldn't have been sued. He tried to turn that corner into a hotel and have people stay in those railroad cars but when he put them in he called them sheds and barns to avoid commercial requirements. He was not truthful. He has never received any permissions from the state building councils to put people in those old firetraps and rusted rail cars. His lawsuit was won because he DID NOT have the property developed commercially. Had he opened he would have lost badly. There's a real railroad museum in French Lick.
