| STOP THE 45/46 MADNESS ! First off it not a by pass ? A by pass goes around something ! This road goes though ever thing ! This is now a down town road. We need a real by pass ! They need to run 446 straight over to 37 making a real by pass, that will take have the traffic off the 45/46 road, Then widen it out & add a few turn lanes & we would have the relive the road needs. Then we need to redo the roads from 446 to 37 on the south side. This will happen some day !
