Attorney Dave Shilling in court ! When they where trying to force us to close Bakers Junction Railroad Museum, It does not matter if you like the term ( grand fathered in) or not it is a legal term. Most of what p$z had done & is doing is illegal ! But they do not care. Because they no! They can get away with it. First p$z has to be updated ever 10 years ! Or its no longer illegally exist ! But when Tim Tilton passed his new county wide Master plain they illegally attacked & wiped out a lot of business ! Most people gave up & closed & moved out. But I could not do that, I am a 100% disabled & it has taken me since 1976 to get this much done, I can barley walk, so there is no way I can move 400 tons of train , train stations & ever thing ells. Now we are in debt $70.000.00 defending our legal right to live & work on my own land. Now the roofs are leaking & falling in & I cant come up with the $10.000.00 to replace them.
