Johnny is a peactimes vet and is trying to ride that into special treatment for his junkyard. a woman with his wife's name was on Buddy bill's bad cheeck sign for a year. They do not care about other people's rights and businesesses. Had he gotten the proper zoning before he moved all of that junk onto his property he wouldn't have been sued. He tried to turn that corner into a hotel and have people stay in those railroad cars but when he put them in he called them sheds and barns to avoid commercial requirements. He was not truthful. He has never received any permissions from the state building councils to put people in those old firetraps and rusted rail cars. His lawsuit was won because he DID NOT have the property developed commercially. Had he opened he would have lost badly. There's a real railroad museum in French Lick. My wife Cheryl can not be hailed responsible for other people with the same name & she did not right a bad check ! & I am no war hero! But I was in during the Vietnam war & I did serve my country & I do not except any special treatment but I did except to be treated fairly & ileagaly. I only started Bakers Junction Railroad Museum after I went to the plaining $ zoning & got the right zoning the right permits & there approval it took over 4 mounts & cost over $5000.00dollars. I know back then how bad the commie planing & zoning would get so I made sure I got the right zoning & permits be fore I did any thing. But I was stupid to think being legal having all the right zoning permits & there approval would protec. Bakers J UNCTION Railroad Museum form ignorant think commie P&Z people like you! For your info the commie pinheads did not find one thing wrong not one valuation & believe me they went over ever thing. They did steal & cheat & lie! Me permits where stolen out of the court house files but I had my coopies yes we won ! If you call losing over $100,000.00 & being forced into bank ruptcy & losing ever thing we had wining ! No we did not win we survived ! But we lost just like ever one in Monroe Co. They wasted at least $50,000.00 illegal attacking us & Monroe Co. Lost what would have ben a good little railroad Museum. & no this will not ever be as good of a railroad museum as French Lick ! But they have people working for them where I have more people working against me. & after the new commie p$z take over we will have no property rights at all.
